IRGS Welfare Foundation is a registered NGO working on the ground in Jharkhand since inception. We serve the most deprived communities through education, health, livelihood, and humanitarian programs. Every action is rooted in compassion. Every effort creates lasting change.
IRGS Welfare Foundation was founded on a simple belief: no one is too poor or too overlooked to deserve dignity and opportunity.
We started from Ranchi, Jharkhand, with a vision to reach the most marginalized communities. Today, we work across 8+ districts, serving over 1,200 lives through 10 active welfare programs.
Our work spans education for underprivileged children, food security for the hungry, health initiatives for the sick, livelihood training for the poor, environmental conservation, women empowerment, support for the elderly, community weddings for girls from poor families, and last rites for the unclaimed.
Every rupee donated reaches those who need it most. We operate with zero overhead and complete transparency.

To provide vocational and educational guidance, develop communities across critical areas, and enable access to basic necessities—food, water, shelter, education, and livelihood—for the deprived and marginalized sections of society.
A Jharkhand where every child is educated, every family has food and dignity, every person has access to healthcare, and every community has the opportunity to thrive.
These principles guide every decision we make and every action we take.
We serve with genuine care and empathy, understanding the struggles of those we help and treating everyone with dignity.
